Plan forests
The world's first memecoin pegged to a real-world forest. Trade on Pump.fun — creator fees fund verified plantings across six continents.
Memecoins promisethe moon. We promisethe code.
Every memecoin you know has the same problem: a founder who can take whatever they want, whenever they want. $SYLVO is the first one where the code itself stops them.
Common pattern: founder has unrestricted control over fees, supply, or treasury.

Founder is capped at $100,000/month by on-chain rules. No DAO override. No founder loophole. Every dollar above the cap is reserved for the forest, not the founder.
The founder cannot take a single dollar above $100k. Even if they want to.
Fees flow into Vault A
All Pump.fun creator fees route to a Squads multisig — every transfer public on Solscan.
Founder claims up to $100k
Squads Spending Limit + Streamflow stream cap the founder at $100,000/30-day window.
Overflow goes to forest
The Spending Limit blocks the founder from taking anything above the cap — the excess is swept to the Community Vault for the forest.
The architecture is symmetric.
Neither side can rug the other. The founder has guaranteed monthly income up to the cap. The community has guaranteed overflow above the cap. Code, not honor, holds both promises.
Founder cannot be starved.
Income on rails
Non-cancelable Streamflow stream pays founder $100k/mo for as long as fees flow — even if DAO votes against.
Cannot be paused
Cancel authority is renounced at creation. No multisig, no DAO, no future authority can stop the stream.
Vault A is 1-of-1
Founder is sole owner of the receiving vault. Community cannot block claims.
Code.
Audited Solana primitives — Squads + Streamflow + Realms
Community cannot be rugged.
Cap cannot rise
Squads Spending Limit is immutable. Founder cannot withdraw above $100k/30d even with full DAO support.
Overflow guaranteed
Excess above $100k auto-flows to Community Vault. Founder cannot redirect or hoard it.
No pre-mine
Zero team allocation. Founder buys with personal funds like everyone else.
A memecoin where the founder is capped by code, not by promise.
Where every dollar above the cap becomes a tree.
Where the community owns the future — not the team.
A memecointhat quietlyplants forests.

First $100k feedsthe operator —rest feeds the forest.
Pump.fun keeps 50% of every creator fee. The other 50% flows into a Squads-controlled Founder Vault. First $100,000 of every month is reserved for the founder — code-enforced by a Squads Spending Limit. Everything above $100k overflows into the Community Vault, which splits 70/20/10 to Planting, Marketing, and Operations.
Funds verified saplings via Eden, One Tree Planted, and Tree-Nation. Receipts + species published on-chain at every drop.
Holder-voted spend on listings, content, campaigns. 48-hour proposals · 60% quorum to pass via Realms.
Hosting, audits, telegram moderation, contract upkeep, nursery logistics. Public ledger of every payment.
Founder is paid first, capped forever, on rails. Forest gets the uncapped overflow. Everything verifiable on Solana.
Founder cap is a maximum — actual income scales with volume · low-volume months may yield less than $100k · community split only activates after founder cap is reached or swept · all wallets public on Solscan
No founder bank.No multisig veto.Code beats trust.
The treasury runs on audited, immutable Solana primitives — Squads, Streamflow, and Realms. We write zero custom code at launch. The architecture is inherited from protocols that already secure billions.
Vault A
Pump.fun creator fees flow directly here. Founder is sole owner — nobody can block income flow. Squads Spending Limit enforces $100k/month cap; nobody can override.
Squads · 1-of-1 · immutable capStreamflow
Founder income is a non-cancelable Streamflow stream — cancel authority is renounced at creation. The $100k/month rate is fixed once the stream is created; even the founder cannot raise it.

$100,000 per month, maximum. Forever.
Founder income is enforced by two layers: a non-cancelable Streamflow stream (cancel authority renounced at creation), and a Squads Spending Limit rule on Vault A. The community and any future DAO authority cannot raise this cap.
- $100k/month is a MAXIMUM, not minimum
- Actual income scales with volume
- Stream is non-cancelable — cancel authority renounced
- Excess is swept to the Community Vault
- Cap stays $100k forever — no escalation, no override
- Even unanimous DAO vote cannot exceed it
- $1M / mo$5,000below cap

Every tree verified by established networks.
Four layers of independent proof.
Every claim has multiple sources of truth. On-chain code, third-party protocols, satellite verification, and annual financial audit — staged in as project volume crosses each threshold.

Can the community stop my founder stream?
No. The stream is non-cancelable — cancel authority is renounced at creation. The founder receives $100k/month as long as fees flow into Vault A — irrespective of community sentiment.
Can the founder take more than $100k?
No. Squads Spending Limit is an immutable rule that blocks any withdrawal above $100k/30d to the founder wallet — even unanimous DAO vote cannot override.
What happens if the founder disappears?
Vault A is 1-of-1 (founder only). If founder is gone, the cap stream continues to drain to founder wallet, but excess sweep depends on founder action. Long-term: community can deploy fork or new contract.
What if a multisig signer goes rogue?
Vault C is 3-of-5. Other 4 signers revoke the rogue address and add a new member. No re-deployment, no downtime.
Trust is not a promise. It is a piece of code you can audit, fork, or walk away from — at any time.

A roadmapwithoutdeadlines.
We don't commit to dates the team cannot guarantee. Stages unlock when the previous one is verifiably complete — sequenced like a forest grows: seed, sapling, canopy, forest. Holders steer the pace.
- Stage 01
Seed
Pump.fun launch. Liquidity burnt. Squads + Streamflow treasury live. The first creator fees begin flowing into the planting pool.
- Stage 02
Sapling
First nursery partnerships announced by community vote. The pool funds its first batch of saplings — receipts shared publicly.
- Stage 03
Canopy
Holders gain governance over allocation: which nurseries, which regions, which species. The project becomes self-directing.
- Stage 04
Forest
Open-source the splitter, the dashboard, the species data. Anything that wants to fork $SYLVO for another biome — can.
No promised dates · no guaranteed unlock · governance evolves with the holder base. The forest takes its own time.

Pump.fun is the largest Solana memecoin launchpad with ~$1M/day creator revenue and the broadest community reach. Their January 2026 update (split creator fees across up to 10 wallets) lets us route fees directly to our Squads multisig infrastructure. Pump.fun keeps 50% as platform fee; the other 50% routes to SYLVO's on-chain treasury.
